BENEFITS OF BODY BRUSHING :

  •  Help to cleanses the toxins from the body which also helps healthy immunity

 


TYPE OF BRUSH TO USE:

  • Use a natural brush, avoid synthetic that can scratch your skin

  • A brush with a long handle to reach your back


WHEN TO BRUSH:

  • It's best to brush before showering or bathing

  • Whilst your skin is still dry. Don't brush when it's wet,

  • Twice a day is ideal, but getting into the habit of just once a day, every few days, until it becomes part of your bathroom routine.

 

HOW TO BRUSH:

  • Start with the soles of your feet and work your way up.

  • The foot nerve affect the whole body

  • Brush towards your hear

  • Circular brush movements around your abdomen

  • The shower in warm water washing away the dead skins cells and toxins

 

TO TRY AVOID:

  • Avoid brushing over any cuts or open skin.

  • Avoid your face area and any delicate areas
