Hi, I’m Sarah 

I’m a Nutritionist and NLP Practitioner specialising in women’s health after 40, helping you feel energised, confident and at ease in your body by supporting your gut, hormones, skin and mindset.

I created WELLBEING EDIT to bring structure and clarity to midlife wellbeing. A way to combine nutrition, mindset and lifestyle in a way that feels practical, grounded and effective in real life.

The Inside-Out Method is built to help you understand your body, create strong foundations and move forward with clarity. Small, intentional adjustments that lead to meaningful, lasting progress.

You are supported with clear guidance, practical tools and a structured pathway, with the option for personalised coaching when you want deeper support.
