I’m Sarah – nutritionist, mindset coach, and the founder behind this Wellbeing collective

I created WELLBEING EDIT® for women who are tired of quick fixes and ready for something more sustainable. If you’ve ever felt confused by wellness advice, frustrated by diets that don’t work, or overwhelmed trying to do it all – I see you. I’ve been there too.

My own journey through burnout, body image struggles, and food confusion led me to create a new approach. One that’s realistic, flexible, and supports the way women actually live. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about powerful, doable changes that add up over time.
