Hi, I’m Sarah â€‹

A certified Nutritionist and NLP Practitioner specialising in women’s health after 40, helping you glow from the inside out by supporting your gut, hormones, skin, and mindset. I’ve learned that feeling energised, confident, and at ease in your body comes from addressing the emotional and mental load alongside nutrition.

That’s how WELLBEING EDIT was born. I wanted to create simple, practical, and genuinely impactful resources that blend real-life food habits, behaviours, and mindset with science-based thinking, without the noise, confusion, or comparison. The result is clear, bite-sized plans you can actually use.

WELLBEING EDIT is built around customisable workbooks that help you become your own nutrition coach. You’ll set strong foundations, create a clear baseline, and move into what I call the tweaking phase.

 

Small, intentional adjustments that lead to meaningful, lasting progress, with me alongside you to guide, personalise, and support each step of the way.
